New Dock is a shopping and leisure destination in central Leeds and with the River Aire and Royal Armouries nearby, it attracts 1.5 million visitors a year. It also hosts a large residential population in waterside apartments, plus a significant office presence.
Wheatley FM are employed by Eddisons to maintain the landlord areas of over 700 luxury apartments, across 11 separate buildings. A small part of our work here is maintaining water hygiene, dry riser systems, fire alarms and general building repairs.
