Following completion of the new Richmond Hill Primary School, Wheatley FM were selected to undertake total facilities management on this project. Wheatley FM provide planned maintenance works, including sprinkler systems and water hygiene monitoring. We also undertake gas servicing, maintenance of the air handling units and assistance with general repairs and modifications. Staff training has been provided by Wheatley FM to enable them to test emergency lighting and fire alarms.
